Before going in to the oven.

Need a super simple side? I've got one for you.

All you need are a couple of russet potatoes, olive oil, some parmesan, garlic powder, and salt -- typical, already in your pantry ingredients. Easy.

Ready? Go!

Pair these babies with a roasted chicken and veggies and you are all set for dinner.

Enjoy!

Garlic Parmesan Potato Slices

Ingredients
2-4 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin circles
olive oil
garlic powder
sea salt
shredded parmesan cheese

Directions
First, line a baking sheet with foil and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Next, peel the potatoes and slice into thin circles. Lay the slices on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with the desired amount of olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and place in the oven for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Next, switch your oven settings to broil (I used the high setting) and give the potato slices about 3-4 minutes to brown.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the top of the potato slices.

EAT! Nom. Nom. Nom.
